We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, money orders and cashier’s checks only.
We encourage patients to keep a credit card on file to make the checkout process easier, faster, and more efficient. You will no longer receive statements from us, but you will continue to receive your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance carrier once your claim has been processed, detailing the charges and payments made on your behalf.

Notice to Patients and Visitors Regarding Flu and Virus Protocol: Due to flu season and the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we are asking all patients to NOT bring children/family members/other guests to your appointments. We also ask that anyone accompanying you, including your spouse or partner, remain in the car or outside. We will not permit anyone other than patients to enter our waiting room. If you have had any feverish or flu-like symptoms in the last 48 hours, please contact our office BEFORE your appointment to reschedule. The CDC recommends that individuals should be fever-free for at least 48 hours to avoid contagious exposure to others. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
